Terms of service.
PODCAST STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Payment
All bookings must be **prepaid** in full to secure the studio slot.
Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the booking date.
Overtime charges apply if the session exceeds the scheduled time, billed at an hourly rate.
Any additional changes incurred during the recording of a show must be paid before the next scheduled recording.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No Refunds
Client Responsibilities:
Schedule recordings of show
Booking guests
sending any required outlines, documents or additional materials to be used during the recording of a show
Outlines, documents, etc., must be sent to the producer to be incorporated into the show at least 24 business hours prior to their scheduled recording session
3 reels will be created per show. it is the responsibility of the client to book 4 shows within a 30 day period in order to receive 12 reels by the end of each month.
Studio Use:
Clients must arrive and finish within their scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session.
The client is responsible for any damages to the equipment or studio space during their session.
No food or drink is allowed near equipment.
Guests & Crew:
A maximum of [4] people are allowed in the studio during the session.
Intellectual Property:
The client retains ownership of all content recorded during the session.
The studio reserves the right to use videos, audio recordings, reels, pictures and any other materials or products created during the time in the studio for promotional purposes.
Equipment & Technical Support:
The studio will provide basic support for equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Additional technical assistance, such as audio engineering, must be requested in advance and may incur extra fees.
Liability:
The studio is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the space.
The studio is not liable for any views, opinions, or statements made by clients and/or their guests during or after the recording of a show.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their content complies with legal requirements (e.g., copyright, defamation).
Health & Safety:
Clients must adhere to the studio's health and safety guidelines, including any relevant CDC protocols.
